The Cia Hering Code of Conduct and Ethics
The “Code of Ethical Conduct” is a tool aiming at enhancing the relationships within the company and raising the atmosphere of trust that exists in it. Its main objective is to establish the ethical principles and norms of conduct to guide the internal and external relations of the Hering Group enterprises, especially those of Cia Hering.
It is the duty of anyone who, by any means has taken knowledge of it, independently of their attributions or responsibilities, to use it in their relationship with Cia. Hering as a source of consultation for their actions and contribute to all it may contain being respected.
The implementation of the code of ethical conduct aims at contributing to strengthening the entrepeneurial culture centered on sustainable development.
